Do you offer custom typeface creation?
No.
Can you add a character or modify a font I purchased?
Most likely, yes. Let us know what’s missing, and we’ll do our best to include your request in the next font update.
Will I receive updates if the font is revised?
Yes. You’ll receive a notification and can download the updated font files from your profile page after logging in.
Can I get a discount?
If you are a student, any kind of designer, or represent a non-profit organization, the Trial license should cover all your needs.
In other cases, the answer will most likely be no, as our font offerings are already competitively priced.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled via Stripe. Depending on your region, Stripe provides a wide range of secure payment methods, likely including credit cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay.
How quickly will I receive the fonts after purchase?
Immediately, provided there are no issues with the internet connection or server availability. You can find all your purchased fonts on your profile page—make sure you are logged in.
When will I get my invoice?
It will be sent to your inbox immediately after your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contact us if there are any issues.
What is your refund and return policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns due to the digital format of our font files. All sales are final.
I need customer service. What should I do?
It’s highly unlikely that the fonts will cause a technical problem. However, if you encounter difficulties, please contact us and attach a detailed explanation of the problem, including your operating system, the software you are using, and the steps that led to the issue.
